I looked this up because I have another submission to the Urban Dictionary: Pass-through re-gifting (v): To return an unwanted gift to a store, then use the cash or store credit to buy a gift for someone else. Ex. "The gift she bought my son was totally inappropriate, so I pass-through re-gifted it into a baby shower present for Jane." Credit my husband for that one. An actual example from my workday at a major Silicon Valley corporation that will go unnamed: "Our IT department's attempt to upgrade our servers resulted in sheepery that caused the loss of all our email folders." Not very articulate or funny, but sadly, it's true. (Lots of sheepery in every area of my life this week. ) I’ve got it!
