Hey, remember my ol’ pal Stephen Lindsay, the dude who brought you Jesus Hates Zombies? No? Well, I interviewed him. And it was hilarious. Just ask your mom if you don’t believe me. She knows all about me and Stephen “Jesus Loved Your Mom a Bit Too Much… Five or Six Times” Lindsay.

Anyway, Stephen’s been quite the busy little bee-killer lately, as evidenced by the–count ‘em–five different comic book projects you can check out on the preview pages of his Webernet site.

Better yet, though–for you people who don’t stray from internet tubules’ constant stream of infotainment for fear of cutting yourselves on the rough, rudimentary edges of paper-based technology–he has launched a weekly Web comic called The Slightly Askew Adventures of Inspector Ham & Eggs:

[It's] a webcomic that is published twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but in full comic page form, not typical webcomic form. Anyway, once the first story arc is all published online, it’s going to be collected and printed.

Stephen shared some preview pages from future releases, and I’ll just say this: Buffy fans know you can’t go wrong with militant bunny rabbits.

Plus, I’m all a-flutter because artist Lauren Monardo–Stephen’s frequent collaborator–is producing the art for Ham & Eggs, and I lurve, lurve, lurve her work. And I’m not just saying that because she created the soon-to-be-seen-on-t-shirts-everywhere Great White Snark mascot logo. She’s a grade-A talent, people.

And not the kind of Grade A that gets certified by the FDA but then turns out to have a diarrhea-inducing viral strain.
