Hear Great White Snark on the /Filmcast Podcast Starting Tonight
By Great White Snark | June 9, 2008
Tonight I’ll be guesting on The /Filmcast podcast (the official podcast of my buddy Pete’s /Film blog) to discuss the latest in movie and TV news and entertainment. Or, in my case… to officiously impose my opinions, and then make smart-alecky comments from the sidelines. Basically what you get on this here blog, but in stereo sound.
The video podcast (sorry, my face won’t be among the ones that you’ll see) broadcasts live over Ustream tonight (Monday) at 10p ET / 7p PT. You can watch the live stream in the embedded player, below.
Feel free to join in the live group chat over on the Ustream /Filmcast page and send me a shout-out, too!
Later, the podcast (”Episode 3″) will be uploaded to the /Filmcast iTunes page for your at-your-convenience listening pleasure.
UPDATE: The recorded podcast is up, and you can check in out in multiple formats here on /Film.
Thanks to David Chen, host of The /Filmcast, for the invite!

I’ll give you $10 if, with a straight face and all seriousness, you deliberately and relentlessly steer every conversation towards an explanation of why “Catch and Release” is the bestest movie ever.
$5 if you do that for “The Holiday.”
$2 if you can organically work the phrase “Gong-Li’s titties” into one of the above conversations.
$1 if you make farting sounds for the whole podcast.

$1 and $2 seem most likely, since 1) I frequently use a farting sound to dismiss others’ ham-brained ideas (e.g., “The Holiday is the bestest movie ever), and 2) I’ve heard good thing’s about Gong Li’s boobles.

I’m a little behind the times, but I’m listening now. I think you had more bass in your voice when you were 10 years old. Somebody needs to find the levels on the control board for that podcast and push the lever on the left side up.
