The next feature-length Futurama flick, Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs
In their latest extraterrestrial exploits, Bender, Fry, Leela and crew encounter a repulsive, planet-sized creature with billions of probing tentacles… and soon find themselves involved in a disturbing – yet sensuous – interplanetary love story.
I’ll have a full review forthcoming within the next week, but for now all you need to know is that it’s chock full of extras, Arrested Development’s David Cross, and Brittany Murphy’s most convincing voice work since portraying a dumb blonde on King of the Hill.

Hmmmmm I think my favorite killer robot would have to be the T800s from Terminator… partially in honor of the late great Stan Winston and mostly because they fuggen rule.

Hayden Christensen in the Star Wars prequels. He’s clearly an emotionless robot, and his performances killed my inner child.

I’m subscribed. Loved the Futurama when it was on the telly. Anyway, favorite killer robot? Does the ball from ‘Phantasm’ count?
Probably not. Then I’ll go with bounty hunters IG-88 and 4-LOM from the Star Wars universe. They had tiny screen time, but they looked pretty killer. W00t?

HAL from Space Odyssey, for sure! (At least, I think he qualifies as a robot? He/It is a computer, right? Right? ) If it doesn’t count, then, I, too, vote for any of the Terminator robots. Thanks for the contest.

So many good choices. Most people have already said some good ones so I’ll whip out one that no one has said yet…
My favorite killer robot is Ash from Alien.
2nd place would probably go to Roberto from Futurama, because he’s STABBY!
I will say though that the Hayden Christensen comment made me chuckle. A lot.
