Talented comedian and cartoonist Michael Capozzola wryly satirizes everything from politics to pop culture in his comic strip “Cheap City” every Thursday in the San Francisco Chronicle.

Now Capozzola brings his voice and art to the geek domain in a biweekly comic feature on Great White Snark.

On July 17 at 8pm, check out Capozzola in “Cheap City… The Show!”, part stand-up comedy and part slideshow based around his “Cheap City” strip. It’ll be at the Dark Room Theater at 2263 Mission St. in San Francisco. Tickets are $10.
