Giveaway: The Best of Dr. Katz DVD!

We live in challenging times, and not in the sense that all citizens are required to solve a couple of algebraic math problems before being permitted to eat every day. (Not that our fine, fine nation couldn’t stand a bit of accelerated natural selection or anything.)
No, we’re suffering through good, old-fashioned adversities like unemployment, foreclosures, and beleaguered investment bank execs whose bailouts barely cover the costs of their private jets. Oh, and I’m totally not getting an Xbox 360 for the holidays. Things can’t get much more bleak.
Well, you know what they say in times like these: “Laughter is the best medicine… but mostly when you don’t have any Prozac handy.”
So if you don’t have room in your budget for selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, may I recommend The Best Of Dr. Katz, featuring the likes of Dave Chappelle, Denis Leary, Sarah Silverman, Conan O’Brien, and others well-equipped to drug your ass up with comedy.

My favorite cartoon funnyperson is easily old-school Daffy Duck. Not later model Daffy. I’m talking old-school, Nazi-fighting, bat-s**t crazy Daffy. He was awesome.
Even more obscure, Heckle & Jeckle. They were magpies and they were awesome.

Homer Simpson, Jay Sherman from The Critic, Stewie/Brian/Peter from Family Guy, Bender/Fry from Futurama (Fry is just so…so DUMB!), etc…
Love Dr. Katz. Used to watch it on late night TV before they pulled the plug. I didn’t know they had a best of DVD. That’s awesome. :)
