Where’s Solid Snake?: Super Mario Bros. Starring Pac-Man and Others

The new-ish Flash game Super Mario Bros. Crossover lets you play through Super Mario Bros. as any number of different characters from the old-school Nintendo universe, including Link, Samus from Metroid, Mega Man, and more.
The creators of the game just released this video featuring some of the video game characters who didn’t make the cut.
And I somehow don’t get the joke, because it seems like the game would have been a hell of a lot cooler if it starred Lizzie from Rampage.
