Do I Know You?: Star Wars Emperor Palpatine Cake [Geeky Cake]
Monday, December 14th, 2009Jen’s Party Cakes apparently has a long-ish history of creating cartoonishly-deformed cakes of Star Wars characters. Like Darth Vader. Or a Stormtrooper.
But this Emperor Palpatine cake says “puppet” more than “cartoon” to me. Specifically, it reminds me of Junior Gorg from Fraggle Rock. (Enjoy that flashback. You’re welcome.)

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009Thanks to longtime GWS pal Debbie Goard of San Francisco’s Debbie Does Cakes, Yoda cake technology has taken quantum* leaps forward.
Straws, wooden dowels, or uncooked spaghetti are usually favored in confectionery Jedi lightsabers. Instead, Debbie opted for a glowstick to adorn this 16″ tall Star Wars cake.
